"Nothing is working in room not even AC in this hot wheather have to shift room in midnight no room service no phones working in the room after change room whole eclecticity is not working we went to sauna and nothing working there except pool try to talk with them with manager everytime they sorry please avoid this place"

"I want to be clear this is by no means of four-star Hotel. It is a two star at best. Between the mold unmaintained fixtures, incredibly uncomfortable beds, the floor falling apart the screaming children everywhere and can’t forget that the air-conditioning was not working only heat frankly I felt bait and switched. Believe I booked an Ocean view through Expedia, but did not receive that however, it could’ve just been implied unable to confirm I would not recommend this hotel. 3/10 would not...

"Wir waren als Paar unterwegs und waren sehr begeistert von der Anlage. Wir hatten nur mit Frühstück gebucht und ohne HP. Frühstück war top. Von frischen Obst bis hinzu frischen Eierspeissen gab es alles was das Herz begehrt. Einziges Manko am Hotel: die Betten sind sehr hart. Um das Hotel waren vereinzelte Lokale zum Abendessen. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto wenn man die Insel erkunden möchte da das Hotel abgelegen ist."
