Loved this place for the views and the pool. Staff was kind. Food was an abomination but the drinks were on point. Really no water available which was weird. Also they covered their air conditioner vents with tape - we only discovered it after 2 hot nights. How cheap!! Removed them and was finally able to sleep in comfort.

This property is family friendly. Unfortunately, it was the least inclusive all-inclusive I have ever been to. There was no one to help with your bags. They did not provide washcloths, robes or slippers. Even though it was “all-inclusive” there is an up charge for premium alcohol. The adults only areas are not quite separate from the family areas. It left a lot to be desired. They also couldn’t find my reservation and offered no compensation for their error. I wanted to leave early, but I would’ve lost my money. It was the first vacation that made me want to hurry home.

This trip started off as a lie from once we walked into the property, the listing says ADULT ONLY ALL INCLUSIVE. That's a big lie 1 small section of the resort resort is adult only but yet we still daw saw kids running. This was our honeymoon trip so we were super excited excited about what we saw online. Next the staff acts like you don't exist or are stupid, I asked several times about paying for a upgrade on the room (they said they have availability) came back the next day after we got into our room and asked what was available and I got the run around and they said they would let me know (never heard from them the whole trip) Now for the all inclusive part only part of the resort was all inclusive other parts of the resort were off limits to us. LIKE WOW wouldn't recommend to my worse enemy.

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Hype or the Price I stayed at this all-inclusive resort in Tarida, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience from the moment we arrived. We got there on the day the resort officially opened for the season, and it was immediately clear that the staff was completely unprepared. No one seemed to know the basic information about food service or drink hours—every question we asked was met with confusion or conflicting answers. To make matters worse, the resort is extremely isolated. It’s far from everything—beaches, nightlife, and tours. A simple taxi ride to town costs a fortune, and it takes at least 30 to 40 minutes to get anywhere remotely interesting. There's no delivery service available either, so if you miss a meal, you're out of luck. And that’s exactly what happened on our first night. We spent over an hour going back and forth with the staff just trying to find the buffet, and by the time we finally figured it out, dinner was over. We were starving, and the only thing they offered us was a plate of cold leftover chicken spread from the morning. For an “all-inclusive” experience, this was completely unacceptable. We had booked a 4-night stay, but after just one night, we realized this resort was not the right place for us—especially if you're in Ibiza to enjoy the nightlife or explore the island. We asked for a refund for the remaining nights, explaining our situation, but they only refunded us for one night

Très bel hôtel très bien situé services et environnement au top seule déception la restauration n est pas en phase avec un hôtel 5 étoiles mais plutôt 3/4. Dommage car c’est un point important en vacances et si on choisit d aller dans un 5 étoiles c’est aussi pour cela.

Classé 5* Luxe, infrastructure et cadre agréables. Pour le reste, rien d’un 5*L, ni d’un 5, pas même d’un 4 pour la qualité de la nourriture et des boissons que j’ai pu prendre avec le pseudo « all inclusive ». Les cocktails n’en sont pas (faits en machine). Zone 16 non respectée. Odeurs nauséabondes 2 jours de suite piscine adulte (station épuration / fosse septique). Le surclassement payant du vrai all inclusive ne nous a pas été proposé au check-in qui fut étrange (froid, rapide), pas plus que la bouteille promise en chambre pour l’anniversaire de mariage n’a pas été livrée / servie. L’hôtel n’a pas été capable de commander un taxi pour l’aéroport (nous avons failli rater notre vol), le manager a été annoncé comme venant nous voir sur le perron de l’hôtel à plusieurs reprises : il n’en fut rien. RIEN n’a été fait pour rattraper ce fiasco.

Goede plek om met kids naartoe te gaan. Er is voldoende op het resort te doen. Groot nadeel: het resort is NIET all-inclusive ondanks dat dat wel zo verkocht wordt. Je kunt op enkele plekken gebruik maken van eten en drinken, maar de meeste restaurants en bars zijn tegen extra kosten. Ander voorbeeld: de strandbedjes moet je gewoon huren en zitten dus niet bij je verblijf. Ook apart dat er geen drinkwater op de kamer achtergelaten wordt (alleen 1 fles bij aankomst). Wij hadden een kamer met een swim-up pool. Met onze kleine was dat heel prettig. De bedden waren ook goed. Het is dus vooral echt jammer dat je nog steeds voor een hoop bij zal moeten betalen. Het buffet restaurant is inclusief maar eigenlijk wel een eetschuur. En daarnaast beperkt geopend. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en netjes. De kamer, het restaurant en de tafels zagen er altijd netjes uit. Al met al een prettig verblijf maar geen droombestemming

Echt een geweldige accommodatie! Bij aankomst was er helaas geen kamer voor ons beschikbaar. We mochten daardoor een nacht verblijven bij een ander Insotel hotel wat eveneens helemaal top was. De volgende dag terug naar Insotel Tarida, een kamer upgrade gekregen (met zwembad). Het hotel beschikt over diverse faciliteiten. De all-in clusive formule is heel uitgebreid, zowel qua drank als qua eten. Het buffet restaurant biedt heel veel heerlijke gerechten. De ligging van het hotel is top, aan het strand van Cala Tarida. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Le sejour s est bien passé. Le gros bémol concerne la restauration. Les plats n étaient pas bons. Pour exemple, Le poisson à la plancha était cuit et recuit, le steak du burger avait la consistance de la chair à saussisse... Les desserts mauvais. Nous avons mangé essentiellement des crudités, des pâtes...

The property was great and very relaxing. Bartenders by the pool were amazing, Babas, Andy & Isla was fantastic. Front desk staff are horrible, no customer service skills, not helpful and is rude. No one tells guests about the app or if there are any events going on throughout the week.
