So many things we loved about this charming hotel… the fantastic location across the road from the lake , a first floor balcony that overlooked the town square and a view of lake, clean room and comfy bed. Easy walk to ferry terminal and all the dining options. One of the highlights of this hotel was the infinity roof top pool - we spent every afternoon taking in the view from this wonderful spot. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return next time in Italy. Thank you...

"The property is lake front! Amazing views, very friendly staff. Only one note…. The walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbors. We were not so lucky to get the quiet ones. Overall excellent stay."

"Super nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr saubere Unterkunft, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Frühstück war absolut ausreichend, inklusive frisch zubereitetem Kaffee oder Kakao…. Sehr nahe zum See gelegen, Lugano ist zu Fuß oder sehr einfach mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Parkplatz nur zum einchecken vor der Unterkunft vorhanden, aber weitere Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe stehen zur Verfügung."

"The location was good - 10 minutes walk from the station and convenient for local buses and close to the centre so local restaurants etc were close. The hotel provided a Ticino ticket for us to use for free travel on local buses and trains. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. We dined in the hotel on a couple of occasions and the food and service was good. I have no hesitation in recommending the hotel. "
