"The place is not as nice as it looks in the photos, so I'm attaching some that I took. I also found the woman at the front desk hostile. FYI: the ac only goes on when it reaches 77 degrees."

"Great place to stay. Very clean and spacious. The breakfast needs improvement. The hotel is closed to city center if you don’t mind walking."

"The hotel, more importantly, the room was immaculate. The beds were quite comfortable. Fresh air via a large open window or air conditioning was available. We stayed one night prior to a cruise. The hotel location was extremely quiet, perfect for sleeping after 15 hours of lights. Breakfast was wonderful. The staff was very friendly, even escorted us to our room and helped us with our luggage, refused a tip but accepted a hug. 5 stars!!"

"Marseille is a great town but would not stay here again. Tokyo sized tiny rooms with giant doors that swing out from bathroom into the room hall making it difficult for 2 people to move around. Only one towel provided for a room with 2 people, and asking for a 2nd towel was on ordeal. First asked for another pillow, but was told they don't have access to them, and night front desk flat out refused to try. The next day they said they didn't have any more pillows because they were fully booked. It...

"the room is quite clean but the shower area floor is very slippery without warning. I fell down.... Very dangerous! And my room is very small cannot sleep in two persons which I paid for 2 persons to stay. The air-conditioner was stopped working for a couple times. Breakfast cost €20 for just one person. Very basic food. There are 2 coffee machines, one is out of milk and the other is not working. I will recommend people go to other place."

"Nice hotel to stay in Marseilles. Close to tr. clean and modern. Great lobby with hang out spots and restaurant. Staff was super helpful. Nice bathroom with robes and slippers. Right and airy. We would return."

"We were expecting a bottle of champagne when we arrived. That never happened. The cleaning staff didn’t always replenish our towels or coffee had to ask the front desk 3 of 7 days. Likes the hydration station, it was very handy. Front desk staff always greeted us as we arrived or leaving for the day. That’s was also nice."

"The only good thing about this place is the pool. Staff looked so bored when ask to change room because the ceiling was leaking. In the other room, almost all the plug wasn’t working and the there was a missing part to the shower."
