Very friendly and helpful staff that make checking in simple and quick, amazing suite with everything we needed, hot and fresh continental breakfast with good tasting coffee, pool and hot tub are superb, very flexible with late checkout requests. "The property has a pet friendly area. I didn’t see a weight limit for dogs. Staff was very friendly but their check in process and room inventory seemed archaic and disorganized. They had a printer at the front desk where they photocopied my driver’s license at check in, and as I was checking out, a front desk staff commented that the system was assigning rooms that didn’t exist. The pool heater was on the fritz, the walls were thin, and the bathroom was so small that you had to go to the bathroom with the door open, or open the door into the bathroom, squeeze around behind the toilet and close the door. The bed was pretty comfortable, though, it was clean, and the price was reasonable. "

"The entire hotel looked like it was falling apart once we reached the elevator. The AC also didn’t work. The staff was nice but they informed us that the building was in the middle of being switched to the AC so it was going to be hot. Our room was 80 degrees and we were drenched in sweat. It was miserable, especially for the price that we paid and not having anything to offer like breakfast included in the pricing. "

"It’s not the nicest Hyatt out there, but it’s also one of the least expensive ones you’ll find. The staff were all very kind & friendly. We initially got a room that was a tad musty, but the staff put us in a different room right away, no problem, that was great. The fitness room was great for the price of the hotel. Parking area was well lit & safe. Chipotle is only a few minutes away. I would start here again with my 3 kids. Once again, not the nicest Hyatt in the world but it’s probably $50-100 cheaper per night than others. Thanks!"
