"I was asked if I wanted a smoking or non smoking room and clearly asked for a non smoking which was confirmed by the office the next day. It smelled like a 50’s pool hall in the room. I could have asked for a different room but it was late and I didn’t trust that the next room would be any better. In the morning I took my cold shower went to the office to check out dodging someone’s vomit in the parking lot and told the kid about my experience. Luckily for everyone else he’s going to check in...

"Impressed with the cleanliness and neatness of the property. Breakfast was what you'd expect of a breakfast-included hotel and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The housekeepers were very accommodating when asked about extra coffee for the little coffeemaker in the room and extra towels were always available. Have only good things to say about this hotel and our three day stay."

"The room was fine and I chose this hotel because most of Columbus was booked and what was left was far beyond my budget. I would have no problem staying here again. Only negative was the thumping on the floor from the guest in the room directly above mine. At times, it sounded like they were trying to break through the floor. The hotel was nowhere near being fully booked so I don't know why I had to have someone above me in the first place."

"Room was okay for the price. However shower was a disaster. Not enough water pressure to even move the water up to the shower head. Had to take shower with the hand held unit which was also weak. They really to fix this. Only reason I don't give the stay an "Excellent""

"The staff are amazing! I had called to let them know that we’d have a late check-in and had to call back twice since we kept being delayed. The staff were very kind and accommodating. Checking in after 1:00 am and finding spotless rooms, comfortable beds and updated bathrooms was so nice. Breakfast was good—loved making the mini waffles!"

"Our room 149 was clean but smelled of mildew/mold.As we ran the a/c the smell got worse. We informed front desk,they did offer to move us but we had unpacked for our stay. Our mistake,lesson learned. "

"Light and outlet over the sink was not working. Room hall light did not work. Door from parking lot to hotel was inoperable. Floors in bathroom were not clean. The fire alarm sounded in the middle of the night for about 30 seconds. The breakfast was good."

"It did the job. It made due for what we needed. The room set up was strange. We actually had to shift the bed by the door over to have more walking space into the room. The bathroom door didn't stay shut. But the room was clean and comfortable."

"The hotel is great for kids! They had a great time! However one person on the staff was very rude! They told my wife that she needed a wristband in order to sit in the pool area. I said: NO PROBLEM… But than I noticed that some of the white guess didn’t have a waistband. Keep in mind… that we’re the only black family. "Hotel is older but seems to be renovated or being renovated. Not horrible but not the best. Breakfast was delicious and staff was kind. I will stay here again."

"Hotel was right off the highway, so was very noisy. Room was dingy and very outdated. Toilet barely flushed, there were ants in the bathroom. The sheets seemed cleaned, but bed was very uncomfortable. My card quit working for no reason, so I had to go to the office to reactivate it. I bought a pop from the vending machine. It was all sticky and was barely cold. I did not feel safe leaving my belongings in the room, so I took them with me whenever I left."

"The room smelled like cigarettes and there was no soap in the bathroom when we arrived. The front desk woman was very pleasant when we checked in."
