"Communication was great and timely. Easy for Uber to pick us up from the apartment building. Grocery store was a few blocks away. There were a few coffee and pastry shops close by. Not a lot of restaurants nearby but it’s close within driving distance. "

Worst part is i ordered a private room but had to go outside in the closed courtyard down the hall to rhe bsthroom in 40 degree weather at night. The other rooms are indoors.The hotel is in a central area of the best part of town Palermo Soho. "

The only issue is that the heater system makes noise and disturbs sleep at night however, the recepcionist said they are planning to change it soon.
