The front-desk staff were friendly and polite, and the breakfast team was excellent—quick to help when the machines acted up and diligent about keeping the area spotless. Unfortunately, the positives ended there.
During our week-long stay, several sports teams ran through the halls, roughhoused in the pool, and screamed until about 10 p.m., all without any intervention from management. Housekeeping was equally disappointing: blankets were stuffed above the microwave, the bathroom floor and tub were left unswept and unclean on multiple occasions, and some days only one bed was made while pillows and blankets were left scattered on the chair and floor.
I attempted to upload photos of the room after housekeeping, but the site kept returning an error message.
While a few staff members shone, the lack of management oversight and inconsistent housekeeping made for a frustrating stay.
