"I was in Calgary on business and the hotel allowed me to be in proximity to the things I needed for business and out of the core, near several restaurants after working hours. The room was clean, though the cleaning was sort of hit and miss. I did do some work from my room which may be why they never stopped by. "The room was clean. The wifi didn’t work well. We asked for a room close to my sister and given one very far away."

"We couldn't even get into the unit. We had to cancel. No communication from anyone. A Note saying we would get confirmation with in 72 hrs We only booked it 24 hrs ahead. We ended up crashing in a floor at neighbour's."

"I was there 3 nights we were 3 adults first night was fine the next night we walked in to a room that the blankets had just been tossed back on the bed had not been made the counter in the washroom was not wiped down and we had one set of towels missing this was at midnight ! However the next morning on my way out I mentioned it to the front desk and it got resolved"
