"What a great experience! The suite we were given was beautiful and spacious. It also had an amazing view. The communication was always quick. Only downside was the cost to park your vehicle was high, i wish it was included in the price or atleast a discount for stsying multiple nights. Either than that everything was great."

"Medium sized refrigerator freezer combo in all rooms. Definitely worth it when you have freezer needs compared to all those “mini” fridges where the normal hotels don’t work or are non existent. "

"We really enjoyed the Hyatt Vacation Club. They did try to get us to go listen to a sales pitch. Had to tell them no a couple times. But that was the only negative. I spent every morning eating breakfast and drinking coffee on our balcony. Absolutely amazing. "

"It offers a simple breakfast that was great! Also, the room has everything you might need, from cups to pots. They offer grills too! The room condition was good; however, the bed was a little uncomfortable. It is walking distance from all the stores and restaurants. "

"Everything was done via digital platforms, no physical keys, just a code that I had to use on smart locks around the property. Even though there's no official front desk, the support was quick when I had questions via text that solved my issues. "Lovely room with kitchen, beautiful ocean view. Nice hot shower and comfortable bed. Danielle at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. She googled Hop on Hop off bus and printed out the address of the stop closest to the hotel as well as the phone number for the company. Delightful! Rooftop deck was wonderful with panoramic views of the beach and coast. "
