"The check in process is entirely digital. It’s a little wonky since service around there is spotty and I think having human interaction is just better, But the grounds and living space were absolutely beautiful. Great spot to unwind and watch the stars from their giant hot tub."

I personally love that it had no TV, but that is something to be aware of. The bathroom was a bit dark, so it was difficult to see enough to shave or put in make-up, and I could t really tell if it was clean because of that. "Such an amazing place! The staff is incredibly friendly and their spa is amazing. We love to lounge by the pool and use the hot springs pool as well. The breakfast in the morning was also very nice. "The place has three small pools one I thin is like a Jacuzzi other was less hot and the last one inside, all very pleasant, the weather wasn't good it was extremely windy, and we couldn't enjoy the pools all day as we did during a previous visit. The owner took care of getting the pool guy to clean the pools due the windy weather, we appreciate that. "Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. Our room was spacious and attractive, and the property is quiet and peaceful. One suggestion would be to add a second chair and maybe an end table in the TV viewing area in our room because there is a nice amount of space for two people to sit. The location is within easy drives to Joshua Tree National Park and Palm Springs. We stayed four nights and enjoyed out time at Onsen Hotel very much. We did not use any...
