"The facilities were reflective of the island of Puerto Rico - very tropical, friendly bilingual staff proud of their jobs and entitled of being ambassadors. The location ideal for shopping, tourism and enjoying local restaurants with a typical cultural menu."

"I did not like the room layout; the bathroom lacks privacy. It is located right at the entrance/exit of the room, with no privacy whatsoever. In my opinion, this is unacceptable for a hotel that is marketed as a family-friendly establishment. Now, everything else was excellent."
