"I don’t know if all the rooms were the same, but I’m especially grateful to Marnie for giving me a brilliant room. All the space I needed with a shower that had hot water that was properly hot. Included a great breakfast. I’d definitely stay again if/when in the area."

"This was a great experience. Friendly staff. Indian restaurant was amazing. Great service and will definitely stay again. Things to remember, they don't do breakfast but there are cafes and a hotel across the road for breakfast. The room was clean and well stocked for staying but a little dated. Very comfortable bed. "We had a very enjoyable stay at the Kippen Inn. The staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed a lovely cooked breakfast each morning. The bar and waitress staff were really helpful in helping us with some bags and even getting us some scales to weigh our luggage for a flight. It was much appreciated. "Beautifully updated property near Queen Elizabeth Forest Park. Check in was quick and easy. Our room was large with a king size bed, a lovely view from the window, large bathroom room with a large enclosed shower. Nice soap and shampoo. We had a delicious dinner in the restaurant. "

Only thing was we couldn’t find instructions for the cooker and to put the hot water on but we nipped over to reception and they were helpful (with the hot water and we worked out the cooker!!). Fabulous stay and would love to come back!"

"Loved: The owner, Sue, is amazing! She was above and beyond the sweetest, most attentive host! I appreciated her attention to detail and making sure my stay was as wonderful as possible. The room was super nice! Loved the bed, wonderfully warm and comfy. The view of Loch Earn was beyond words, so beautiful! Very nice size bathroom with big bathtub and shower. "What a lovely hotel in beautiful countryside. The staff in Reception were so friendly and helpful. The room was large with a lounge area and very comfortable. We used the swimming pool after check in which was super and quite warm! The dining room is lovely with wonderful views across to Loch Ard and the bar / lounge area very cosy and comfortable.
