"The Estelar was fantastic! The location was perfect! Yes, there are clubs across the street from the hotel and if you're a very light sleeper, it may bother you. However, I would stay at this hotel again and deal with a bit of noise for the location! Restaurants galore. Very walkable, large shopping mall, and quite vibrant. The breakfast was plentiful and the staff were very kind and accommodating. And the gym was clean, fresh, modern, and had EVERYTHING you need to remain active on vacation....

"Room service was only provided when asked. Toiletries were always needed along with towels. Some of the listing is misleading. Such as guests will be charged to have visiting friends and family, even if it's only an hour visit. Added charges for having a microwaved placed in room, you will need to rent an adapter in order to use it. Check out is somewhat confusing. Some charges are in US dollars and some in soles. They state they have a bar present but you must ask in advance to have someone...

"This place has potential but with really bad administration. No one to communicate with, hard to find., no one to welcome you to explain, took them a day to give me the password. The place is so clean and tidy, yet you cant find basic stuff like pans( all they have are scratched teflon ones), no forks, no shampoo. I dont recommend this place in these conditions"
