"The reception staff was excellent.tbe check in was smooth. Got help from the bagagiste. There was adequate free parking for our rented car. The lunch from the Japanese sextion was absolutely delightful. Going tk Caudan was very easy due to the free water taxi"

"Das Hotel liegt sehr schön in der Lagune, die Fotos haben nicht übertrieben. Der Check-in war sehr freundlich, wir konnten die Zeit bis zum Bezug unseres Zimmers an der Seafront bereits nutzen, soweit es unsere Müdigkeit von der Anreise zuließ. Das Zimmer selbst ist gut ausgestattet mit großen Ablageflächen, Rainshower, großes Bett mit harter Matratze und einem Balkon mit Blick auf den schmalen Eingang in die Lagune und den Mainpool samt Seabreeze-Bar. "I had issues booking this hotel via Expedia on Christmas Eve. Ended spending hours in the lobby having Expedia redo the booking on my behalf because my original booking did not show on Hennessy park hotel's system.
Despite this rough start, the staff at Hennessy was empathetic and accommodating particularly Kath, who was assisting the entire time. So grateful for her being there!
The rooms were clean and quite spacious. Hot consistent showers (hot water can sometimes be a problem in parts...
