Staff definitely needs training. Sara Martinez from the reception took almost 20 min to check me in, because apparently she couldn't find my Expedia reservation. She also helped multiple customers over the phone and in-person while I stood in front of her. I was in town for business and needed internet ...

Al hotel le hace falta muchísimo mantenimiento, las cosas se ven mal y desgastadas, el baño estaba roto, la cortina se rompió estando ahí, los muebles se ven gastados. La puerta del cuarto está pelada. Hace falta mantenimiento esto daña la experiencia.
