The shower was in the path tab and some of the equipment was on the cheap side like toaster etc. I couldn't recharge our Segway scooter and no option not even the basement to recharge was given to me. For the price I was shocked that the expectation was we had to wash up, although no sink just a bucket you could fill up in the shower to wash your dishes. "We loved our stay at La Promenade. Exactly as advertised, clean and well laid out with friendly staff. It is currently being renovated a few rooms at a time, but of no imposition to our stay. This will only make it a more attractive proposition in the future."

"Booked last minute. No one onsite to check in. Owner eventually rang me and turned up with a key. Room was small but reasonably comfy and clean bed. Shared shower and toilets clean. No tea and coffee available. Outside BBQ with full ash-tray and needed cleaning and spruce up. One room was flooded. Owner was nice. Parking was on the property, but not enough spaces for the number of rooms. Definitely overpriced for what it was. Would I stay there again? Probably not! "

Nosies tapping on the wall and windows at night, our children were terrified. pet could not go outside overgrown grass and junk. Stains on the sheets overall very very disappointing. "
