"The location is excellent. Very walkable to the old town, to shopping, and to anything you might want. However, the hotel is overpriced for Hoi An. It is not 5 star as advertised, but more like 3 star. The breakfast is very limited and basic. There seems to be only one young lady who runs the breakfast and everything else, and you depend on her for anything you need. For breakfast she served me some pancakes soaked in a super sweet chocolate concoction. When I asked for the pancakes without...

"We loved our stay at Bonsai Villa. Great location - only a short walk from the old town across the bridge, but far quieter and plenty of options to eat within a few minutes walk. The hosts & staff were very friendly and helpful, including recommendations and transfer bookings. Great, tasty options for breakfast. And the pool was great, especially for the kids and after a busy morning / day. And rooms were spacious. Would highly recommend, especially for families."

"Fantastic, relaxing place with great staff We didn't want to leave! The staff were very informative and always willing to answer your questionsor suggest you places to eat. The hotel is located outside of the loud town yet very near if you take the bike(7 mins or less I would say) so you can always bike there enjoy and discover the town then go back to the peacefullness.
