"Lovely cottage. Good location too. The only negative was the bugs that woke us up in the middle of the night. A bit scary because they are really big and crawls on your skin. Other than that, still okay."

"The room is good and of a reasonably high standard. There are however two major challenges. The room was on the top floor which from the car park is three flights of stairs. A lot when you’re carrying several large bags and clothes for a wedding. The second big issue is the hall lights on a sensitive room sensor. There is no way to switch this off or lights off. "Almost everything about this stay was excellent. I would say that some of the interior is in need of maintenance (sagging floors) and one bathroom was tight spacing. The parking was not available but we were able to get parking nearby."

"Roy and another young lady were there to check us into the two-level luxury room and very kind and helpful. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. AC kept us cool in a heatwave. Excellent espresso maker and tea kettle. Refrigerator with real milk inside was a nice touch. Centrally located. Everything you could need easily walkable. "Good value in comparison to the hotel we usually stay in in Cheltenham. Good sized rooms and excellent facilities. Only draw back is a lot of communication is via a central call centre rather than a reception."
