The maid service one day missed replenishing a number of things, but they brought the supplies when we called and gave us some chocolates. We forgot about things in the safe, and they called us and arranged to send back the items. This part was very good."

Ideal for an open day visit as parking was free at this hotel and we didn't fancy driving in central Cambridge. I used the swimming pool in the hotel which was a good size and open from 6.30am. the breakfast was plentiful and buffet style."
