"From the moment we entered the hotel, Glenn acknowledged us, even while assisting another customer—which immediately stood out. He was extremely helpful and took the time to answer all of our questions with professionalism and care. This was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever experienced in the South. With my OCD, cleanliness is very important to me, and I can honestly say I did not feel the need to clean anything myself—which is rare. Overall, this was one of my best hotel experiences, and I will absolutely be staying here again. "

"The Room had bed bugs, I took a photo, and I found old Q-Tips behind the bed, old sheets with old blood stains on them after inspections and a nest of bed bugs that I also took photos of. Other than that the staff was friendly or I didn’t really speak to them at all. Breakfast was great in the morning though. "
