"The resort is super pretty but not as pretty as they look in the pictures, I really liked and enjoy our 4 day stay. The rooms were super clean, the only thing that threw me off was that I had to tell front desk every day to refresh the room and do the beds, but every day by 9:45pm room service will knock at the door for refreshments and if you didn't have the privacy on at the door they will just open the door ( there was no lock on the inside to avoid that) ?? that was a little weird. "Clean, roomy, and not outdated at all, despite what other reviews said. Our fourth-floor room was great, the staff was friendly, and the Old Town location is walkable. Breakfast was adequate.
The one downside: a club across the street has an outdoor DJ, and on Halloween night the bass thumped until about 2 AM. Sunday was quieter. That's not the hotel's fault, but they clearly know about it, since there were earplugs in the room with a printed card. I just wish we'd been told before we booked,...
