The staff were attentive, responsible, and so kind, making sure we had everything we needed and felt completely at home. Jericoacoara itself is incredible, with its charming village full of colorful streets, great restaurants, and friendly locals. "Hotel was beautiful, but unfortunately unprofessional service. They are a bit unorganized for a 5-star hotel. For example, I booked a massage and received confirmation, but when I showed up to the appointment the masseuse already had other appointments and mine was not scheduled. It was unfortunate because I planned my night around it and the hotel did nothing to compensate for it and showed little remorse."
