Had to call in to have the room cleaned every day and it still was never done. Have stayed there for several years but will not be doing that again.

The room was clean and bed was compfy, tv had many channels. Not a 5 star place but worked for me! I dont travel to stay holed up in my hotel room.

Quand nous sommes arrivés, il n’y avait personne à la réception. Nous avons dû monter au Casino, ce qui est correct. Toutefois, nous n’avons pas reçu toutes les informations relatives à la chambre et quand nous sommes arrivés, nous avons tenté de joindre la réception par téléphone, à plusieurs reprises, sans succès. Les chambres étaient malpropres, poussiéreuses.

The Drain plug for the bathtub was broken and I called the front desk, with my cell because the phone in the room was broken. It was about 8:00pm when I called. The Maintenance guy was there within minutes. He quickly fixed it and was on his way. He was fast & Friendly. I would recommend this place to people.

The room was filthy the staff was not accommodating and even acknowledged they have issues with the lodge but do not seem to care. Someone tried to break in the first night we canceled our reservation the very next day but were charged two nights regardless. The pool was dirty there was garbage and filth on the floors as well as hair in the bathtub. No one not the Cassini nor Expedia seemed to care that we felt unsafe nor did they seem to care about the conditions we were dealing with. I am very disappointed. We were charged almost $200 a night for a room that wasn’t worth $50

We have stayed in the Lodge before and did not have this experience but this time was different. Room was not clean with trash on the floor, Sofabed was in disarray and Refigerator had spilled ? in it. We had to unplug the refrigerator from the wall because it was really noisy. Coffee maker had visible white residue inside and only sputtered out water. Most electrical items were unplugged so we had to pull everything away from the wall (including the bed) to find the outlets. Best part of suite was that it was super large with two bathrooms. It also had a Patio but we didnt use it.

The place was clean, the bed comfy, balcony was nice, didn't like that didn't have a fridge or microwave, overall had a good sleep

Liked the affordable price, but the amenities offered at the lodge leave much to be desired. Very doubtful that I will stay there again. I have lodged there several times in the last couple of months and it has been one thing or another that has been wrong with the rooms and really no good response has been given.

We loved the location. The lodge was clean & the pool did not stink of clorine. The staff were very helpful & service minded. However the front desk seemed understaffed. And we had to wait a while to get checked in & out.

The bathroom faucet was almost unusable, felt like it was going to fall apart, The TV wouldn’t pick up anything, the Wi-Fi password wasn’t valid. There was pieces of the counter missing holes in the wall that were poorly patched, room just felt old and not fresh.

Booked a room at the hotel but at check-in I was told I was in the lodge which is down the hill. They do provide a shuttle up to the main part of the property with the casino and gave me a number to call for the shuttle. Good thing I didn't want the shuttle because the phone in the room didn't work! The heater was extremely loud when it kicked on until it kicked off waking me up every single time. The walls were paper thin. I heard cars going by all night, every word from other rooms--even when they flipped the light switch! There was a used coffee pad in the "coffee maker." No light a the table in the room. The only lighting was at the door and on the wall between the beds. No information in the room about the hotel, services, dining or the surrounding area for shopping, dining or whatever else was nearby. I will never stay there again

My grandkids (ages 4,11, & 14) and I booked 4 nights last week. I used Expedia to book three nights and their website was very deceptive about what kind of accommodations are offered and what you are actually receiving. The website indicated that there were many amenities provided, but actually we had absolutely NONE! From very worn out, ugly rooms to poorly lighted and dangerous parking and walkways. The actual rooms were located away from the beautiful casino hotel, down hill where a guest would have to use their vehicle to go to the Casino hotel. The room costs $100 per night! All the community areas were closed off and not lighted. If I had known what the kind of setting and service I was going to receive I would not have minded paying the extra cost to stay at the nice casino hotel ( which was only $20-60 more per night). Expedia was quick and easy to refund my 3rd night's stay because I went ahead and booked another 2 nights at the casino hotel. Always, Always call ahead and ask questions! Know what you are actually getting for your money!

I booked a room in the main hotel and somehow ended up in the Lodge. I was not happy at all about it. I emailed, went to the front desk and called trying to get it fixed. Turned outthe main hotel was booked. Im assuming thats why i got moved without being notified. I still had to pay the full price of the one at the main hotel.

The first room they put me in was under construction. It took 45 minutes for them to get me a new room. There were dirty towels litering the side walk in front of the rooms. Clear spillage on night stand that was not wiped by housekeeping. Awful experience

The Lodge was located at the base of the hill from the main/new hotel adjacent to the casino. 1. No check in at the Lodge. Had to go up the hill to check in. 2. Door lock to the balcony was jammed. Staff did fix at request. 3. No room service to freshen up room on 2nd day. On hold for 30 minutes only able to leave vm. Requested to have room serviced by end of evening. Did not happen. 4. Outside property neglected with poor curb appeal. 5. The wall heater very noisy. For a Junior Suite upgrade and cost....not worth the money. Very disappointed with the overall stay. Would not recommend.

They don’t clean unless you ask. Check in is really late but we got there early. They kept telling me to come back in an hour for a room right up til check in time where there was a big line. Could not use their internet. The system said our name and room number were wrong. Bathroom floor could have been cleaned better. Rooms are expensive

This was a stupid hotel. We went 4 times to the front desk because the service was so terrible. The first time there was no bed. Instead there were blankets all over the floor. The second time there was one bed; we ordered two. They gave us a roll in. The third time we went to the front desk was because they didn’t give us a WiFi passcode. They gave us a wrong one. The final time we went we finally got the passcode. We wasted 2 hours in total! I will never come back to this hotel again.

Mixed review. Best thing: the privacy and pretty much being left alone as it's downhill from the main hotel/casino, but you still have access to all that if you want. Grounds are well-kept. Downside: first night the heat didn't work and overnight temps in 20s. We woke up freezing. When called they did arrive within 10 min and got it fixed quickly. That said, it seems to be controlled centrally because once fixed, adjusting the temp and speed didn't seem to matter so it went from freezing to blistering hot. However, the bathroom remained cold since its not central. One box spring made a noise when sat on, took a while to figure out what the thumping noise was. But, mattress was reasonably comfortable. Odd these days to have no mini fridge or microwave in even the most basic motel. TV was small for the room size and remote had no back cover. Tub had slow drainage so you're standing in water during shower. I really liked the Signature Natura body wash. Last day there, they started unannounced construction in the room directly below us. Heated pool and hot tub were open and surprisingly used by a couple people. On a warmer day, it was a good place to sit and enjoy the sun. The place has promise and could just use a little updating and TLC to bring it to the level of a decent Super 8.
