"A long-established entity with what looks like a basic clientele of spa-using individuals on the older end of the spectrum. We didn’t have an opportunity to ‘take the waters’ but the outdoor pool (32c) looked inviting. Room was small but lovely views. Breakfast looked as though it had been ‘organised’ by anarchists - completely chaotic and vastly overpriced"

"Had a one night stay, ate in the restaurant, food and service were excellent. You get what you pay for and this luxury stay was well worth the money. Breakfast was plentiful with all tastes catered for. Can’t really find anything to complain about."

Ce qui est regrettable et inacceptable c'est de payé 175€ la nuit, que les draps et serviettes ne soit pas fournis, que le sauna ne chauffe à peine, que la piscine soit très sale, le jacuzzi accessible à tous ainsi qu'aux très jeunes enfants, du coup la propreté laisse à désirer..."

The room was a little cold, the bed a little hard - an extra blanket would have been nice as well as soap for the shower - but I could have asked for these things and I am sure my requests would have been happily tended to. A simple breakfast was provided and I could bring my own food to keep in the fridge and warm up if needed. There is a cozy common room to read or watch tv in. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. "Un véritable coup de cœur. Ce lieu est une recommandation absolue, pour absolument tout : la situation, l’accueil chaleureux, le confort et le délicieux petit-déjeuner. Nous avons réservé à la toute dernière minute et avons pourtant vécu un week-end merveilleux à Saint‑Jean‑de‑Paracol, tout près de Rouvenac. Un endroit d’exception, où l’on se sent immédiatement bien. Un vrai haut niveau, à tous points de vue."

"L’établissement était fermé lorsque nous sommes arrivés pour l’heure du lunch nous avons dû attendre 2 heures avant de pouvoir entrer …. Nous savions que notre chambre ne serait pas prête avant 15 heures mais nous ne pensions pas que L’établissement serait fermé . Le personnel a été très avenant et les chambres sont très propres ."

"Lovely shabby chic style hotel with lots of upcycled features within a renovated collection of buildings around a central courtyard. Attentive welcome from the owner and lots of nice touches, such as the gifting of a delicious homemade chocolate dessert on our final night. Makes a pleasant change from overly commercialised and formulaic hotels, where you are just part of a pipeline of guests - this feels more like staying with family or friends. Highly recommended"
