"Very nice place to stay."

"The hotel staff was very nice and available for assistance. Breakfast area was always clean and fully stocked every day. I did like the variety of what was being offered. The room had a damp feel to it. The entrance doors had a strong alcohol or bleach smell. All of the areas were very clean. The door in my room and bathroom kept getting stuck. I do not know if it was the Texas humidity or what. I just quit trying to shut my bathroom door and had to always double check the room door. I...

"I truly enjoy meeting the staff. All the ladies were so nice amazing I would recommend this place to everyone that travel. It’s not one of the best five star hotel but it’s still clean and is comfortable they make you feel at home."

"We always stay at Hampton Inn because it is a reliably nice place to stay with an excellent breakfast; therefore, we were disappointed with the breakfast at this particular hotel. Powered eggs, bland potatoes, and chicken sausage along with runny oatmeal were not good."

"Our first room we checked in to, the restroom was dripping water from the ceiling & had a whole bunch of mold. The second room we got the tv didn’t work at all. Smelled very musty in both rooms & we had bad allergies the entire stay."

"The first thing is that the front desk person was friendly and expedient and was just exceptional! The room was great and we had our service animal with us and she put us by a door on the ground so that we would be able to conveniently take her out. Everything worked great and the room was spacious and very clean. The only thing I would say is that the bed seemed a little too soft and maybe the mattress needs to be replaced but overall it was a great stay and we would stay there again."

"The Wi-Fi could not be reached in our room. The remote continuously rebooted itself and/or box rebooted itself. Very inconvenient. I know now not to stay there. Too many flaws that could have been prevented. Additionally we asked for a sheet and a blanket for the pull-out sofa bed and we were declined stating they had none"
