"This hotel is a gem!! Flanked by stunning 360 degree views of the snow capped mountains and the valley below we were totally enchanted. Our host was so friendly and helpful and gave us suggestions on where to hike and where to eat. Their breakfast was extensive - eggs , cured meats , breads and cakes. We couldn’t ask for more. Rooms were in mint condition. Bathrooms very clean. Do note however that we visited during the off season so many restaurants were closed. Car parking available on the...

"This property is amazing. It was, by far, the highlight of our trip traversing Switzerland. Alexandria at check in was amazing. She helped us to navigate and shift our itinerary due to closures. She was beyond kind. Our room, wow, AMAZING! We had a lovely little balcony with direct views of the Matterhorn. We were so very pleased. I highly recommend Schloss Zermatt. Best breakfast and afternoon snacks."

"We booked a budget room and could not have been happier! The hotel is in an excellent location, and our room was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable. We loved the warm pool, and the free breakfast was outstanding. The staff were phenomenal and went above and beyond. Overall, the value for money in Zermatt was fantastic. From top to bottom, this place was exceptionally nice — we’d highly recommend it!"

"We were surprised to see that we had a great view of the Matterhorn from our room on the 3rd floor! The hotel is an easy walk to restaurants and stores. I messaged the hotel for a pickup at the train station and that worked perfectly to help us get our bags to the hotel."

Excellent breakfast the staff was very professional and fantastic, especially a gentleman by the name, Francesco that not only was very professional attentive, but also dedicated his time to make excellent recommendations or work to go about the weather. "Beautiful classic hotel! Breakfast was pretty good! One thing that stands out are the staff, all of them were fantastic! I would definitely come back and stay here again. Plus, bonus the view of the majestic Matterhorn all the time and especially when you wake up! Thank you so much for giving me and my sister a wonderful stay!
