This was a great hotel. The 12th floor pool and gym area was very nice. The staff were extra helpful with us since we did not speak Portuguese. I would stay there again for sure. Lots of adorable shops and restaurants within walking distance too.

one of the best

Clean rooms (including a small kitchen!), furniture in good condition, comfy bed, friendly and helpful personell, good breakfast, well equipped gym and a infinity pool at the rooftop. I stayed for 10 days and had a great time. Also plenty of good bars and restaurants within walking distance (5-20min). Congratulations on such a nice hotel!

Excellent Hotel and Service

The stay was truly outstanding! If I was to have any complaint, it would be that the pool is too small for a hotel of this size. It is a truly gorgeous pool, but extremely small. Many people would come to the pool and left because there was not enough room. Please check you question about parking. It only gives you one option (street parking). I used the hotel parking which was great. The attendants treated my vehicle with care and they were very quick to deliver my car when I checked out to depart. Every hotel employee that spoke with me or helped me was very courteous, professional, and helpful. Excellent service!

Poor documentation of guests daily expenses. Guest had to waste 2 hours at check out calling credit card company to prove expenses were paid ! This was unacceptable. When proven correct guests : hours trip ahead. I could have ended better. If they knew what they were doing to start with. Food menu was repetitive and there was no 24 hr food service.
