Experiência terrível

O lugar até que é bonito (em torno), mas os quartos e atendimento de uma forma geral, são terríveis!! Funcionários júniors pouco preparados (percebe-se que são muitos jovens e pouco experientes em atendimento ao cliente). O chuveiro, a água caia para todo lado, menos no cabelo, o registro do chuveiro (quente e fria) estava com fita isolante (será que dava choque?!!!!), o papel higiênico é o mais barato que encontraram no supermercado, os talheres do café da manhã tínhamos que enxugá-los (todos molhados) - assim como os pratos -, as toalhas da mesa sujas e como tinham poucos funcionários, demoravam ou simplesmente não limpavam a mesa. Falando sobre o café da manhã, básico do básico, mas o que pegou mesmo foi quando peguei uma broa de milho e ao abri-la estava toda mofada por dentro!!! Solicitamos a mudança de quarto para um mais silencioso (somos um casal sem filhos), pois eles haviam nos colocado ao lado da "brinquedoteca" e não aceitaram nossa solicitação. Pelo valor da diária, poderíamos ir para qq outro hotel da região e melhor, pois o preço praticado não é de hotel 2 estrelas. Enfim, experiência terrível, não voltaremos mais.

Boa Pousada

Local aconchegante com muito verde e noas piscinas. O atendimento foi excelente, funcionarios sempre simpaticos e atenciosos. Tivemos problemas de energia no quarto e fomo atendidos prontamente. Valores de alimentacao e bebidas um pouco caros.

Ficamos decepcionados com a estadia . Demora na entrega do quarto. Acessibilidade ruim . Quarto muito quente , cama dura, não tem ar condicionado, teto de forro , pia do banheiro estava solta. Piscina estava com água turva .

Eu amei, quando chegamos estávamos atordoados por um incidente que aconteceu na estrada, as recepcionistas foram extremamente solícitas e tiveram um atendimento impecável, fomos surpreendidos com o aconchego do lugar e do quarto que inclusive estava limpíssimo, e ainda deixaram uma cartinha de boas vindas linda! O Café da manhã também não deixou nada a desejar! A localização é excelente super fácil de chegar, enfim foi incrível recomendo e com certeza voltarei mais vezes. Único ponto de sugestão é ter um frigobar na recepção, queria comprar uma água antes de ir embora mas infelizmente não tinha e teria que ir até o restaurante pra buscar. Do mais nota 100 de 100000 PARABÉNS!!!!

Decepção total

Já havia me hospedado nesta Pousada, mas logo na chega, desta vez, fui avisado de algumas "pequenas" mudanças. Tem sauna e hidro, mas teria de reservar. Ao tentar marcar, apesar de todo tempo vazia, não tinha horário vago. A sauna cheirava a urina. Tem piscina aquecida, mas você deve dar jeito de se secar de qualquer outra forma, menos com a toalha, porque depois ficará sem para o banho, ou terá de pagar R$ 10,00 por uma seca. A entrada do chalé (quarto) estava inundada, escoamento estupido de tanta sujeira. O estabelecimento não conta com gerador de energia, o que nos fez passar o final de semana sem energia e água quente para o banho. O colchão é duro, sendo que a cama de casal é fruto da junção de 2 camas de solteiro. O chuveiro não saía agua, estava entupido, além de ser um modelo dos mais simples do mercado. O café da manhã foi escasso, a reposição de uma simples garrafa de café levou mais de 30 minutos, da mesma forma como os sucos (sem sabor). O pão não era fresco, o pão de queijo queimado e mais duro que pedra.. Fui na expectativa do que experimentei em 2021, tinha até luau na noite de sábado, com música ao vivo, mas dessa vez, apesar de terem dois salões cobertos, não teve nada e nem o som ambiente era agradável.
