We had an excellent stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious and kept very clean. For breakfast there are plenty of options. The in house restaurant is very good too. Highly recommend.

I arrived at the hotel much earlier than check-in time, but they let me check in quickly at no extra charge, which was very helpful. I was unable to find a place to eat lunch within walking distance. However, I did not walk in all directions of the hotel.

Gorgeous but Old hotel with Awesome Views

Awesome hotel. Close to highway, but quiet. Fabulous pool and other recreation facilities. Good beds. Hotel itself is quite old and I hope it could get renovated someday. Difficult to find sockets for charging your electronic devices, especially when you need multiple ones. Floors are kind of dirty.

Great Breakfast. Good Location.

The hotel has very nice quality of buffet breakfast, really enjoyed it. Conveniently located between city center and freeway (closer to freeway), which gives you the convenience of accessing both. The rooms are old, and a bit dusty on the floor, and has only few sockets usable. Only one chair at my room, which I wonder where should another person be sitting at?

I travel a lot and read reviews to chose a hotel . I wish someone had written the truth about this hotel, it’s definitely not a 4 stars maybe a 2 stars . Nice pool but that’s about it . Understaffed nobody to help w luggage no restaurant open for dinner in an area not walkable w no restaurants . No room service and very basic rooms with no comfort . Nothing matches the description but the pool and it’s a hotel strategically located for a one night before an international flight . Terrible choice .

We were very disappointed during our short stay in this hotel. We only stayed there for a few hours to rest prior our flight from Viracopos airport, however the stay ended up being not restful at all since there was a loud party happening at the hotel. Guests could hear the loud music even with the windows completely closed!! We talked to the reception asking if they could at least try to turn down the volume, but the staff simply stated that "it is as it is" as it's a "company party". For that high price, we'd highly suggest everyone to book at other reliable hotel chains. Also, the room amenities was very limited and the bathroom floors looked dirty and unclean. Plus, if needed, transportation is extremely expensive. Just to go to the airport by taxi, it will cost you about 100 reais and not many uber drivers will accept the drive due to the extra toll fees. So be extremely aware! Overall, definitely not worth the stay!!

Vitória sempre foi excelente. Desta vez decepcionou bastante . Tanto a estrutura como atendimento . Como pode em tempos atuais o hotel não oferecer chopp no copo de vidro e sim no plástico . Pedimos dois copos de vidro no quarto para fazer um brinde de aniversário e eles recusaram que só podia copo de plástico . Falei com o menino da recepção para falar com alguém que isso não era possível , e depois entregaram. Uma má vontade absurda para agradar o hóspede. E o que dizer do kit shampoo junto com condicionador ? Não dá p lavar o cabelo no hotel se vc não trouxer seus produtos , faz muita falta um condicionador separado do shampoo e também um creme hidratante . Ora essa estamos falando de um hotel como o Vitória !!! Estacionamento pago para hóspede também não faz sentido algum. A diária já é bastante razoável para um melhor atendimento .
