"The gym as advertised in the photos is actually over a km away. Shower had mold in it and so did the sink. The air conditioning that was advertised did not exist and the host just said “no air conditioning, sorry”"

"Exactly as advertised -- a great way to keep costs low if you only use your hotel to sleep. Just keep in mind that there is no AC in the rooms, or at least there wasn't in ours (Montserrat room)."

"Hotel is basic, no tv or tea or coffee in room. But tea and coffee next to lifts. And kids don’t watch the tv anyway. Hotel location for great for us for exploring Lisbon and getting train to cascais, which was worth the visit. I would stay here again if in Lisbon"

"A Lovely Stay with Wonderful Staff, but a Few Areas for Improvement
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Mama Shelter Lisbon! The hotel has a modern, tidy feel, a beautiful rooftop, and a fantastic on-site restaurant with evening events that create a fun atmosphere. Its proximity to a grocery store was also very convenient.
The staff really made our stay special! A big shout-out to Catarina and Sabhi, Gabriel at the main restaurant bar, and the wonderful breakfast team. Everyone was welcoming,...

"The room was really nice. The area was quiet. There is a place on the main floor for breakfast. There is a supermarket just a couple of doors down. I felt the location was convenient. The city of Lisbon is beautiful."
