"We liked the Hotel overall. Some details were not perfect, for example the bathroom could be in a better condition. The a la carte breakfast was very good but very small portions. All in all a good hotel for 1-2 nights to explore the Etna area."

"The stay had much to be desired. Check in was at 2. When we arrived at 2 we were told it would be about another hour as they were not ready. It was about 35 to 40 mins and the room was ready. When we got to our room we were told that the TV and the fridge dont work. Unfortunately I had to be a bit of a complainer. Room was perfect and very spacious and comfortable with a small balcony looking out to sea and Etna on the side of the hotel. Fabulous large swimming pool and although a short stroll down several steps it’s a stunning walk and beautiful views from the loungers.Breakfast was amazing and lovely room to eat in with lots of space to get s good table.
