O hotel é muito bonito! Os funcionários extremamente atenciosos! Pontos a melhorar: as refeições do Buffet do jantar e do café da manhã não fazem jus ao preço da diária, apenas a refeição que foi servida no modelo a lá carte; que estava excelente. O kids clube é lindíssimo, espaço limpo, amplo e organizado! A copa baby é vergonhosa, microondas muito velho e sujo, a cadeirinha estava toda enferrujada, o espaço no geral estava abandonado! Fiquei com nojo de esquentar a comida do meu bebê!

atenção a idosos - melhorar

tudo muito bom - sugestões de melhorar bastante a academia e colocar pelo menos o triplo de macarrões na piscina - alem de retirar os inumeros tapetes do salao nobre a fim de evitar queda de idosos ---- seria necessário ter um carrinho de golfe para ajudar na locomoção dos idosos dentro do hotel ---- hotel está despreparado para pessoas idosas
