"O banheiro do quarto estava cheirando esgoto. Foi bem ruim passar 2 noites com esse fedor. O chão estava com marcas de botas sujas. Mas o pior foi o serviço de café da manhã. O hotel não estava lotado e mesmo assim não estavam preparados para receber os hóspedes. Toda hora faltava comida, prato, xícara e os talheres nós mesmos tínhamos que pegar num porta talher de plástico que ficava abaixo da escada. Sem contar que os itens eram sempre frios (omelete, salsicha, pão de queijo...)"
