The customer is generally supposed to fend for one's self, including, but not limited to check-in, check-out, finding cups for the room, locating an iron, scheduling maid service. "Staff was on point. I didn’t like that. What I did not like is the fact that I reserved a room with view on the water but I got a room with view of the street I drove in to get to the hotel when I paid extra for that room. I didn’t like it a bit. Also when my wife got to the room, there was no water. We went down to but water and they didn’t have any, very disappointed. Staff was on point"

"Location was excellent, balcony was amazing at night, hydration station in the lobby was very handy and convenient. We were allowed to check in early as well! Only bad parts were the rooftop bar availability and the restaurant. The rooftop bar was closed for private event one night and the second night we were told to only sit on the perimeter because the rest was reserved (unable to enjoy the full area). "Wonderful and very nice front desk staff. Very accommodating with an early check in, room with a very decent pull out sofa, kitchenette, and lovely toiletries. Perfect location. 12:00 check out helps with travel plans. It’s not the most beautiful room, but with this location, the room is for sleep and showering. They also held onto our luggage before and after our stay."
