"A really convenient location easy to get to many of Ballarat's sights. The room was spacious and clean. Everything you need was there.
The checkin process was easy as was checkout.
The pool looked great as did the other amenities.
The only thing that bothered us which was'nt a huge deal but it was the rooms outside light stays on at night and a big glow comes through the glass panel of the door."

"The staff were great to deal with and able to extend our stay the day before we arrived.
The location was good with easy access and safe parking
The room was spacious with a comfortable clean bed and large fridge freezer.
The bathroom was also spacious with a roomy shower with abundant hot water and pressure.
The fittings in the bathroom were shonky with the roll holder falling off along with a towel rail, these could be easily fixed.
We would stay again."

"The fridge didn't seal-severely broken, The seal was filthy in the folds. The cupboard next to the fridge was lined with condensation due to the fridge working hard to try and stay cool - this made the crockery and cutlery all wet. That cupboard was also dirty inside. The electric kettle wouldn't fit under the tap of the bathroom basin (no other taps available) so had to fill it by the small cupfuls. No hand towel, no teatowel or detergent for washing dishes. One fork bent so it was almost...

"TV, microwave and kettle/toaster nice. Lights for some reason had no covers on them, too bright to leave on without the covers. Ended up finding them in the cupboard, carpet was a little sticky. Room wasnt available until a little after 2. Parking was limited car park was all filled up when we arrived back to hotel no where to park. We ended up leaving at 1130 pm to go back home. Would be suitable for couples or singles only staying a little while. Didnt suit us a family."
