Khách sạn gần Bảo tàng trượt tuyết Canada West tại Banff

"Great spot"

"Our room was rather small. Oversized physical key was odd this day and age, but some people might find it quaint. I think if we were seeking out a room with a wood fireplace it would have been perfect, but for us the fireplace seating area just made the 1/3 of the room unusable. Other than that the room was clean. The lobby area was beautiful. They had the mandatory Aussie performing check in/check out. Perfectly acceptable."

"Very warm and inviting property."

"Excellent stay all around"

"Perfect location! Walking distance to the shops if you want to do some shopping. We had a nice view of the mountain and you can see Bear st from it. We stayed in a 2 bed and 2 bath room. Very spacious and clean. There’s a stove, fridge and microwave if you want to do some cooking. The only downside is the parking. They dont have their own parking. You gotta park in the streets which you have to pay $12 canadian $$ per hour from 8am- 8pm and free from 8pm-8am or park for free by the train station...

"Fantastic location and easy to access. Room and facility are clean and well maintained."

"Clean property, comfortable beds and quiet"

"Great views, friendly staff, nice little fire pit to enjoy! We didn’t want to be right in Banff so worked for us, great that they offer e-bikes to rent for free!"

"I really liked the location of the property and overall enjoyed our stay. However, I was disappointed that one of the chocolate bars I purchased and placed in the refrigerator was taken without my permission. I reported the issue to the property manager, who said they would look into it, but unfortunately, I have not received any further communication or update. We also appreciated the gesture of providing us with two complimentary breakfast coupons, although we did not get a chance to use...

"What an amazing experience, would definitely recommend, the thermal baths and saunas are incredible."

"Staff were not friendly or accommodating and the rooms are very outdated"

"Very good!!"

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Location pn Banff Ave was close to all downtown restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay here again."

"The room was clean and very large. I was sure I had booked a 1st floor room, but the only thing available was upstairs. Up somewhat icy stairs! The one pleasant surprise was the heated bathroom floor. For the price we paid, it was good value."
