"During the recent bank holiday, for sure it was so crowded. But our expectation from the facility; get prepared themselves in advance, think everything proactively and make this busy days smooth and seamless. But we had some AC issues two days in a row in four days staying. And we have learned some other guests had also the same one. Then, the AC issue was resolved to just run the second pump to meet the demand. I believe it was so predictable for A facility running fir a long time. Secondly, we had a fire alarm which was false one. In the middle of the night unfortunately. All guests went down and the management was not so successful to handle this chaos. Again, we have learned and heard it was not the first time that they get the false fire alarm. Thus,It was supposed to be resolved before. There’s a long way for the facility to develop themselves."
