"We arrived in the early-afternoon, and struggled with finding access to the main 'entrance'. After parking and walking around the perimeter of the lodge, we found a keypad which rang into the host of the property. The host was relaxed and laid-back, which spoke to the location of our stay; Can Bassa is tucked 25-minutes outside of Girona, with no local amenities (gas, grocery, food) accessible. "Great location and amenities!! Most staff friendly but bar and cleaning staff less friendly. Raised a concern with front desk and nothing was done about it. Loved the pool and access to ocean. Food quality really good !"
