It was a joy to walk around the trails and see many animals. Our room was very clean and nicely furnished. Eco Adventure staff was very helpful. Horrible roads leading to the resort.

The staff did an excellent job checking us in. She went above and beyond in her customer service. She made arrangement to get us down to the reception area outside of the regular hours. I will definitely stay at this resort again.

The room, amenities, food and staff were great but the emergency alert alarm and flashing lights went off 3 times in the middle of the night. Usually around 330am and 430am.
