Very comfortable and suited our family’s needs! Easy walk to nearby restaurants or short drive to more variety. Definitely book restaurants if staying on a weekend - restaurants in Canberra gets very busy and booked out!

My wife and I loved our weekend at Pacific Suites! Great location, within walking distance of restaurants and shops. All the amenities we needed. Friendly, efficient staff ... and pet-friendly as well. Plus it was a reasonable price!

The property was secure and close to all amenities within walking distance staff was friendly. The next stay would ask for a suit to the back of the building for noise reasons ie sleeping with the window open on both roads and pedestrian noise did not stop, Overall love the stay and we will be back,

Another handle on the wall to grip getting out of the shower would be good...its a liittle dangerous as the side of the bath is a bit high...The unit was very clean and spacious..and the staff were very friendly..

Property convenient to Canberra CBD and attractions and was quiet. Property showed signs of it's age and needs a revamp. Kitchen dining and preparation of food equipment is very limited.

Property is very central and easy to get around Canberra. Property is getting old and in need of TLC, thought with slow down they would have done some improvements. Housekeeping need to learn how to clean, room very dirty.

Booked through wotif. It stated I was getting 1 king and 3 twin shared room. On arrival this was a two bedroom apartment. They put 3 singles in main bedroom and a single in the lounge room to fit my family of 6. The tiles in the kitchen were broken. Reception rang an hour after we had checked out to check if we had checked out!

I have not holidayed for years and the whole experience was so good! The staff were friendly and helpful and so welcoming to my small dog!If I had one little thing it was having to use the luggage trolley myself but only because my shoulder and left wrist were injured before I arrived . I’m sure if I asked staff would have assisted. With Canberra it was love at first sight!!😊🌻

Property starting to show age. Our room was on the first floor next to the access to underground parking so constantly heard cars going over speed bumps. Wanted to watch netflix but kept getting a messagecthat too many devices were accessing it and to upgrade our sunscription !

The check in experience was poor.. Rude person sucking on a can of coke with a bucket load of attitude. TV didn't work consistently. Black mould on the shower floor. Pretty disappointing experience. Only think it had going for it was the location.

When I first checked in, I felt like I was interrupting the staff. There was nothing welcoming about it. Also the bedding arraignment was not what I requested. The cups in the cupboard were chipped and one was dirty.
