"Nice staff, great amenities (little market, indoor pool, outdoor fire pit, outdoor basketball court, complimentary hot breakfast), good location. The elevator button was broken/falling off and in need of repair (although we did get the elevator to work)."

"We booked a pet-friendly room through Expedia, driving from NYC. When we arrived to check in at 930 (as noted in the special request section) the receptionist told us she didn’t have a room for us that could accommodate a dog. “Not all of our r rooms are pet friendly, we don’t have anything for you”. So after a 13-hr drive we were turned away, DESPITE booking it through Expedia, and the cherry on the cake was that she was downright nasty about it, gleeful even, that she could say no. Will never stay at a Quality inn again, and would encourage you to seek alternatives. We eventually found a decent overnight stay at the Extended Stay suites down the block-2 beds and a kitchenette for $100. "

"No cleaning during stay. Breakfast was good. Rusty tub. Have to have a car because 10 miles away from River Street & no nearby stores or shops"

"Room was clean except for laminate flooring was sticky. Bed was really hard!. I checked out the eve before my actual checkout and was told that my 100. 00 deposit wont be returmed until room is checked the next day! Stoll wsting on my refund 3 days later. "
