"Staff was wonderful. Especially the young lady that checked us in upon arrival. Elevator was down told her my wife has COPD can't do stairs. Without hesitation she moved us to the first floor. Thanks"

"This boutique hotel in downtown Danville a perfect location. The architecture with the history is amazing. All staff are wonderful. Rooms are spacious and extremely clean. Beds are very comfortable. The breakfast that is included structure day off right. I can't see enough about this property and the staff. We have stayed at The Bee 3 times now. ♥️♥️"

"The staff was so friendly, always asking what they could do to help us enjoy our stay. The room was clean and spacious, the firepit area was comfortable, and the gym had enough machines to provide a good workout. The hotel was perfectly for our needs"

"Need better parking for trucks with attached trailer. Parked next door, which looked like your over flow parking area that had zero no parking signage & my truck & trailer was towed & & they extorted $1100 in cash to retrieve it. A total scam by McDonalds. Unfortunately I will never eat in a McDonalds in the future & I won’t be staying there again due to the parking issue. I travel that way a few times per year seeking an overnight. Never again."

"The room I had although clean it was falling apart. Door knobs falling off shower to small and falling apart .ac worked good bed was funkie clean just felt weird like if I weren't exactly in the middle I would fall off. For the money and location I will stay again ."

"Office was dark, smelly and dingy. Room was dark, smelly, dirty and dingy. Bed made an awful noise when sat on (sheet metal frame). My husband made the mistake of walking without socks or shoes on and his feet were black. The floors have probably never been washed (photos attached). I complained about the cleanliness to the front desk person and showed the towel and paper towels we put on the floor to show the dirtiness, she did not speak English. When we returned they had come in and given...

"The rooms don't have coffee makers in them. Considering the age of the hotel, and rustic nature of the building and rooms, I believe the price is a bit too high. I believe the cost should be about half of what they actually are. I don't mind the rustic style of the rooms and hotel, because I'm a no frills kind of person anyway, I'm just saying that the quality doesn't match the price."

"I’ve seen jail cells in third world countries cleaner than this dive! I needed a dry place to escape from the rain while traveling on my motorcycle,which is the only reason I stayed. I wouldn’t even take a shower in this dump. Toilet paper filling a hole in the window. God knows what running down the wall. Expedia should remove this property from the site. Did I mention the working girls!"
