"The front desk help was so helpful and we really enjoyed ourselves. Hot tub in the room was very relaxing. The room and stairwell did smell very musty like mold."

"We checked in after hours so our check in letter was on the counter with all the check in directions. The sliding door, at the ramp to use the cart to transport our luggage inside, was turned off. We had to call the person on call to help who had to call maintenance and they were able to trouble shoot and found that the power to the door was turned off. I think this is the only issue we had. "Clean rooms and nice breakfast"

"Super clean room very comfortable. However, when I went to do a load of laundry, the desk didn’t have any quarters for me to buy, which I thought was odd. How many of us carry around a bunch of quarters in an almost cashless society. That would’ve been helpful."

"Great hospitality all around! We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming again. The location was right by local shopping and restaurants. The bedroom was a nice size with comfortable beds. The breakfast was great as well with eggs, oatmeal, waffles, and other items."

"The room had roaches. We went to Walmart and bought bug spray and sprayed the entire room. We stayed at the hotel after discovering the bug problem on because it was already checked in and no time to locate another hotel. I would absolutely suggest another hotel until this location gets the bugs under control. The staff was super nice and apologetic of the situation. I did not ask for a correction for the situation they could not help. Hopefully they can fix this issue"

"BarDew Valley Inn and its owner, Perry, were amazing!! The suite decor was fun (ours was a French Chateau), and the common areas beautiful and comfortable. Perry offers a movie room with a huge selection of DVDs, as well as satellite TV in both the common area and each suite. And his breakfast each morning was delicious! We would definitely stay again (and maybe try a different suite!) when we are in that area again."

"I booked this property specifically because it had a hot tub. When I arrived, the hot tub was not functional and seemed it hadn't been for awhile. I understand that parts break, but if a property is taking an amenity away for an extended period of time, it should be removed from the listing and those who already booked it should be informed so that the reservation can be cancelled and I could find another place with a hot tub, or choose to keep the reservation knowing there no longer is one...
