"We had a fantastic stay at Theanna Villa. The property was beautiful and spacious, offering a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere throughout our visit. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Breakfast each morning was wonderful, with a great variety of options to choose from. We also had dinner at the villa one evening, and the food exceeded our expectations—delicious and reasonably priced. Overall, we highly recommend staying at Theanna Villa and would gladly return in the future! "

"Very central location yet quite through an alley way to the hotel apartment.New building. Part of the building still under construction but the noises are not bad. Yet they want you to sign a form that say you are aware of construction noise and agree not to complain. Which did not sign and agree. Breakfast and roof top facilities like breakfast, gym, swimming pool and lounging area very nice. Overall nice stay with friendly staff. The room floors are not mob and dirty ( only negative, all other positive)"

"There were some internet issues and club music on Tuesdays and Fridays that’s why I left…but honestly now I regret it. The hotel had great spacious rooms and lots great restaurants around which is important for me as I work remotely. The hotel I’m in now is same price but much worse. "

"Perfect location close to beach and restaurants. With canggu traffic you need to stay at a location like this and get around on foot. Food was great, beds comfortable and numerous pools so didn’t feel crowded. Cafe is busy with people and laptops that can have access to pools as day rate. Would just need to monitor to make sure nomads don’t take over paying guests. Will be interesting to see impact of build across the road as it looks like a club street facing is about to open which would ruin the quiet and peace at Zin. "
