If you want to get away from the city hustle n bustle, this place is for you. Tranquil, child friendly parrots and kangaroos and close to mountain walks and lake.
Very welcoming staff, cabins may need a bit of a revamp but everything else makes up for it! Would def recommend and will be returning:)

Sunny's 1st trip.
Our cabin was clean and comfortable. We were treated to fish and chips from the galley. Just the thing after a long day on the road and they were delicious. Good value and serving size. The park needed some work done to the access roads to the cabins. Luckily we had a 4wd or else we could not have accessed our cabin. All staff were pleasant and helpful. A great stay.

Clean room
Maybe look at having food available for travellers. Nothing fancy but simple ones eg hot chips, nuggets, sausage and bread.
We stayed recently and chose the quietest weekend. Jo in recpetion was a delight to deal with. However, the downfall with staff came saturday at 530pm when a man came in and abruptly told everyone to "get out pools closed". There was no pool closing times noted anywhere, no 10 minute warnings, just a rude man kicking everyone out. People accidently left things behind as everyone was rushed out thebgates and gates were locked behind us all. I witnessed 2 different adults having to jump the fence to collect items. I couldnt understand the reason for his rudeness but reading other reviews this is a standard interaction.
Also, not sure if the slides ladder meets regulations. Only a matter of time someone falls through the openly rusty steps. Perhaps they need an overdue update.

We stayed in a Premium Cabin which had no cooking facilities, The balcony looked at the next 3 cabins despite the bush surrounding. Other views were of a car park & poorly screened off maintenance area. Design & location of cabins should have been placed in bush setting. Park layout is poorly set out.

Our Cabin was okay but dishes were not cleaned and put back dirty
Floor was dirty and gritty
Blankets had evidence of pet hairs and beds were not made up in the 2nd room when they knew we were 3 Adults
Screen door was off the hinges and in need of repair
The Park is expansive and well layout with duplicate facilities. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We stayed a couple of nights in a cabin with kitchen, separate bedroom with queen-sized bed and en-suite bathroom (plus bunk bed in hallway). Our accommodation overlooked the creek and countryside which was lovely but unfortunately it was next to a sewage pump which had a smell at times.
