"We were welcomed very well the first time, but when we returned, the staff had completely changed. Our accommodation wasn't clean; there was dirt under the bed and lots of cobwebs on the ceiling. Furthermore, when they serviced our room the next day, the trash bins weren't even emptied."

"The room and bathroom smelt very strongly of cigarettes. We could not have a shower as the hot water made the smell even stronger. There was also food on the carpet from previous guest so appeared the room had not been cleaned properly. Wallpaper was peeling off next to the bed. Had we of been staying any longer than one night then we have changed hotels. The pictures online are definitely outdated."
