Hotel is in a great location for the beach, but that’s about it. The hotel is tiered, and in need of some love, but functional if you just need a base. Staff at the hotel are inconsistent- we were greeted by one of the rudest ladies I have ever had the displeasure of meeting in a hotel - her attitude was one of ‘why are you here, why are you bothering me, and what do you want’ - why she works in hospitality I really do not know but Best Western, I’d put her as far away from guests as you can. Throughout the stay, same demeanour with all guests / requests (roll eyes when asking to use an iron, tuts on being asked a question). On the other hand, the older gentleman also on the reception couldn’t have been nicer. Breakfast was ok if a little underwhelming , - given we’d already paid an addition for breakfast to have a sign up that fried/ poached eggs are a further supplement is just bizzare. Eggs are a staple of breakfast…

Great location near the beach and the walking street with lots of restaurants. Also close to the park where all live entertainment was held. Staff were friendly and helpful especially Manuela. The hotel is old and could use some updates and breakfast was good.

Very good hotel with a small billiard table at the entrance which makes us challenging tournaments with my boy. Clean and vey friendly staff. Just in front of the hotel, tram station is located and you can reach downtown very easily
