"The staff was very accommodating to my questions before and during my stay. Had trouble understanding how to enter the property and parking was a bit tedious at first cuz I had never done a carousel before. But Kimberly stayed with me throughout the whole process and explained it very well. The Iris does accommodate one pet for a fee. The area around the property is an issue because there is no grass except for tiny bits between the sidewalk and the road. At the time of my stay there was heavy construction on a large amiunt if residences between Line Street and King street. And a year or two the property should be surrounded by renovated residences, whether private or rentals. "
