"I removed the bag from the waste bin so that I could get some ice to cool a beer. Once the ice melted, I poured the water into the sink and it was filthy. Yuck. Our door wouldn't shut without slamming or pushing on it so I got a screwdriver from my car and tightened the hinge screws. Then is closed ..."

"No option for low fan on A/C. Too loud in the room. There was a youth sports team staying simultaneously and were running amok in the pool area - eating pizza in the pool. It was gross. Not supervised by parents and staff were not getting involved so it was escalating."
